Course Objectives

Great managers inspire great achievement, demand excellence, inspire success, and garner respect. Supporting and developing staff through mentoring and coaching is one of the most cost-effective and successful ways to ensure that you have the right team in your organization.

This course will provide you with the knowledge you need to develop your own coaching program. You will learn essential coaching skills to immediately improve your day-to-day and long-term performance as a manager. You’ll discover how to be demanding of those you lead – but do it the right way.

The training requires two full days and will consist of lectures and focused practical exercises that demonstrate the main principles of Coaching.
